The use of guides for radiographic evaluation and surgical placement of dental implants can improve the final outcome of treatment for patients receiving implants. This article describes a technique in which a guide is fabricated for radiographic evaluation of implant placement and also serves as a surgical guide
for placement of the implants for a patient with severely worn dentition. (J PROSTHET DENT 1995;73:548-52.)
